Sonoff T1操作说明

您好,欢迎使用T1 1-3路智能触摸墙壁开关!

一、下载“易微联”手机APP

1. 安卓手机在各大应用市场或者百度搜索“易微联”下载APP。

2. 苹果手机在app store搜索 “eWeLink” 安装APP。

3. 使用微信扫码直接下载旧版,安装后系统会提示您升级到最新版本,请及时升级。

 

二、Sonoff T1安装示意图

1. 请严格按照外壳背面的指示正确接线。本开关必须零火线供电。安装接线时一定要先断电。

2. 替换旧的墙壁开关,控制灯具接线指示(以三路为例):

4. 用螺丝刀撬开面板,锁上螺丝固定到底盒,再将面板盖上。

三、添加设备流程

1. 安装好后给开关通电。

2. 长按第一个按钮7秒左右直到WiFi信号指示灯快闪,松开。

3. 在APP点击+图标搜索设备,安卓用户请选择第一个图标,点击下一步。 苹果用户2.4.0或者以上版本请选择第一个图标,2.4.0以下请选择第二个,点击下一步搜索设备。

4. 搜索到设备后提示您输入您自家的wifi名和密码。

4.1 设备不能识别带中文的WiFi名,如果您家里的WiFi名是中文的,需要您进入路由器后台修改为字母或数字类型。

4.2 如您家里的WiFi不需要密码则留空不填即可。

4.3 设备使用的是2.4G wifi通信协议,暂不支持5G WiFi无线路由器。

 

5. 输入密码后,下一步给设备命名,即可成功添加设备。

6. 此时设备如果显示不在线,请稍等两分钟,设备正在尝试通过您的无线路由器连接到云端服务器。app显示设备成功连线后,就可以远程开关了。如果app还是显示设备离线,请关闭重新进入app。

四、与433MHz RF遥控器配对和清除配对

您需要一路一路地分别和遥控器的按键配对。

1.  学习配对遥控器方法:长按要配对的触摸按键不放,听到嘀一声之后松开,然后按下遥控器中的一个按键,听到嘀一声则表示配对成功。其他按键依次方法重复学习配对。

2. 清除遥控器配对方法:长按触摸按键不放,听到嘀嘀两声后松开,然后按下遥控器任一按键,听到嘀一声则表示清码成功。其他按键依此重复清码即可。

五、app功能和特性

1. 远程开关功能和开关状态同步反馈

在app操作界面,单次点击APP开关图标即可实现开关灯,即使手动触摸控制开关,app也会实时显示灯具当前的开关状态。

2.主账号分享设备给他人功能

分享

主账户(第一个添加了该设备的账户)可把设备分享给好友,实现多人共同控制。被分享账号必须是已注册的易微联账号,被分享时请保持登录在线状态(手机屏幕保持点亮状态)。

3. 多种模式定时及断网执行功能

定时

设备支持多达8组定时开关,有单次、重复以及延时快速定时等模式。设备可以在断网情况下依旧执行设置好的定时开关,但需要保持设备不断电。

4. 设备安全机制

设备只能被添加在一个账户下(主账户),其他账户无法添加该设备,需要主账户删除该设备或分享。分享的时候可以同时给予对方设置定时任务的权限,请根据需要勾选。

5. APP语言(中英文)切换

APP会自动识别用户手机系统语言并显示对应的语言版本。您也可以在用户中心手动切换中英文版本。

五、常见问题和解决办法

1. 添加成功后,设备为什么显示不在线,无法控制?

答:设备刚添加成功后,需要一两分钟时间连接您的路由器并联网。如果长时间还是显示不在线,请把开关面板拿掉,可能是信号被挡住了。

如果还连不上根据WiFi指示灯的状态来判断:

① WiFi指示灯快闪一下灭2秒,说明没有成功连接到您的路由器,可能是您的WiFi名有中文或者密码输错或者设备离您的路由器太远,信号太弱,也有可能环境有干扰。请将设备靠近路由器或者删除设备重新添加一遍;另外设备不能识别5G路由器,请使用2.4G的wifi无线路由器。最后请确认您的路由器后台没有使用MAC地址过滤。

② WiFi指示灯亮1秒灭1秒,说明设备连接到了路由器和服务器,但是没有被正确添加到用户账户下,请给设备断电再上电,稍等片刻,如果情况依旧,请删除设备重新添加;

③WiFi指示灯快闪两下灭2秒,说明设备已连接到了路由器但没有连接到服务器,请确认您的路由器能正常上
网。

2. 搜索添加设备超时,多次尝试都无法添加成功,怎么办?

答:可能是频繁添加造成手机缓存没有足够的时间刷新。请先关闭手机wlan功能,过一会再开启手机wlan功能,最好同时给设备断电重启,再尝试添加。

3. 可以用局域网控制吗?可以直接连接设备热点控制吗?

答:安卓版本支持局域网控制,但是苹果版本目前还不支持。您家里的wifi必须要能正常上网。

4. 设备指示灯不亮了?上电没反应?按开关按钮继电器不工作?

答:可能是电路损坏,请寄回给我们检测。如果是用户自行拆卸(撕毁保修标签),导致人为损坏,需自行承担来回运费并支付一定的物料费,如果是用户擅自修改或重烧固件,导致设备固件丢失,一经发现,我们不提供任何售后服务,用户需自行承担所有损失和费用。

Sonoff T1 User Guide

Hi,  welcome to use Sonoff T1 1-3 gang WiFi & RF wall touch switch!You can touch the switch on/off, or use App eWeLink/433MHz RF Remote to turn on/off.

1. Download “eWeLink” app.

Search “eWeLink” in APP Store for iOS version or Google play for Android version.

2. Installation.

ON/OFF operating principle: The connected appliances work/stop through the Live wire’s power on/off.

CAUTION: Before installing the switch, make sure you have totally 100% cut off the power supply.

2.1 If you want to connect with lights, the wiring instruction is as below. Here we take 3 gang switch for example:

2.2 If you want to connect with the appliance with rated power lower than 600W, the wiring instruction is as below. Here we take the 1 gang switch for example:

The switch must be powered up through Lin (Live input) and Nin (neutral input). While L1 out, L2 out, L3 out, L4 out are Live output for each gang.

After connecting the wires, please use a screwdriver to open the panel. The position is shown below:

Then use two screws to fix the back enclosure into the wall box. Then close the panel.

2. Add device

1. Power up your the wall switch.

2. Press the first button for 7 seconds until it fast blinks to enter into WiFi pairing status.

3. The blinking way is: blink 3 times and on repeatedly.

For Android user, please select the first icon and click NEXT.

For iOS user, if your app version is 2.4.0 or higher, please select the first icon, if your app version is lower than 2.4.0, please select the second icon, then click next.

EWeLink will auto-search and connect to the device.

4. Input your home SSID & password:

4.1 Your SSID must be letters or numbers.

4.2 If no password, keep it blank.

4.3 Now eWeLink only support 2.4G WiFi communication protocol, 5G-WiFi is not supported.

5. Name the device to complete.

6. Maybe the device is “Offline” on eWeLink, for the device needs 1-2 minutes to connect to your router and server. When the green LED on, the device is “Online”, if eWeLink shows still “Offline”, please close eWeLink and re-open.

3. RF Remote:

3.1 Pair with 433MHz RF Remote

You’ll need to pair the 3 gangs one by one. Press and hold the touch button of T1 until you hear a beep sound. Press a button on RF Remote. You’ll hear a beep sound when it’s being learned successfully. Repeat above steps to pair the other gangs with the RF Remote.

3.2 Clear 433MHz codes

Press and hold the touch button of T1 until you hear two beep sounds. Press any button on the RF Remote. You’ll hear a beep sound when the code is cleared successfully.

4. APP features

4.1 WiFi remote control and device state

Turn on/off by tapping on device icon on App. Device state always simultaneously display on APP.

4.2 Share Control

The owner can share the devices to other eWeLink accounts. While sharing devices, both should stay online on eWeLink (keep the screen lighten). Because if the account you want to share is not online, he/she will not receive the invitation message.

How to make it possible? Firstly click Share, input the eWeLink account (phone number or email address) you want to share, tick the timer permissions (edit/delete/change/enable) you want to give, then click Next. The other account will receive an invitation message. Click Accept, the device has shared successfully. The other user will have access to control the device.

3. Timing schedules

Support max 8 enabled single/repeat/countdown timing schedules each device. Preset timers can work even network is unavailable, but the device must keep power on.

4. Scene/Smart Scene

Scene allows triggering on/off your devices automatically. Scene Settings is in the upper right corner of Device List. You can set up scenes or smart scenes to trigger on/off the device.

Users should select “Click to execute” in the condition, add different existing devices, name the scene and save it.

5. Set default device status

In Device Setting, you can set default device status to ON or OFF when the device is powered on.

6. Security mechanism

One device one owner. Other people can not add the devices that have already been added. If you want to add your device to another account, don’t forget to delete it first.

7. Update

It will auto-remind you of new firmware or version. Please update as soon as you can.

5. Problems and solutions

Read the detailed FAQ  on Itead Smart Home Forum. If below answers can’t solve your problem, please submit a feedback on eWeLink.

1. My device has added successfully but stays “Offline”.

Answers: The newly added device need 1-2 min to connect to your router and the Internet. If it stays offline for a long time, please judge the problem by the green led status:

1.1. Green led quickly blinks one time and repeats, which means device failed to connect to the router. The reason may be you have entered wrong WiFi password or your device is too far away from the router, which causes a weak WiFi signal. The device can not be added to the 5G-wifi-router, only the 2.4G-wifi is OK. At last, make sure that your router is MAC-open.

1.2. Green led slowly blinks one time and repeats, which means the device has connected to router and server but failed to be added to the device list. Then power on the device again, if it still not working, just add the device again.

1.3. Green led quickly blinks twice and repeats, this means the device has connected to the router but failed to connect to the server. Then please confirm your WiFi router works normally.

2. Why the APP can’t find the device in pairing status?

Answers: That’s because of your phone’s cache. Please close the WLAN of your phone then open it after a minute. At the same time, please power off the device if you can, then power up to try again.

3. My WiFi is expired, can I connect the devices to LAN? Can my phone be directly connected to device hotspot?

Answers: the Sonoff T1 doesn’t support to be controlled by LAN. You’ll need to connect it to a WiFi with Internet.

4. The green led keeps off, even if the device is powered on. Press the button but the device does not work.

Answers: The circuit may be broken, please send it back for testing. Return shipping postage and packaging will be at buyer’s expense, if the device is damaged by the buyer, and the buyer should bear extra repair cost.

您好,欢迎使用Sonoff G1 GSM/GPRS智能开关!本开关支持插入中国移动Micro-SIM卡以及中国移动专用物联网卡,无需路由器,设备通过SIM卡的流量直接连接到服务器,您的手机可以使用WiFi或者流量远程控制设备。

一、下载“易微联”手机APP

二、插入SIM卡
1.打开设备外壳,并且把带二维码的模块轻轻拔出来。插入一张中国移动Micro-SIM卡,或中国移动专用物联卡。然后把模块插回原来的位置。

三、设备接线安装示意图

注意:Sonoff G1支持的输入电压范围为90~ 250V 交流电, 最大电流为16A。

三、添加设备流程

1. 连接好设备,上电。设备每次上电都需要10秒左右启动开机,请耐心等候。如果您用的是中国移动专用物联卡,而且是第一次使用,则需要先激活SIM卡,激活方法:设备开机启动后,此时信号指示灯处于快闪状态(一秒4下),然后按住设备上的手动按钮不放,约5秒后设备信号指示停止快闪,松开,SIM卡激活成功。激活只需操作一次。如果您是用的自己的已实名认证的中国移动手机卡,则无需激活,直接进入第二步。

2. 在APP点击添加设备图标“+”,在界面选择GSM设备。点击下一步。

3. 扫描设备上贴的二维码,即可添加设备。

4. 给设备命名,完成添加。稍等片刻,当信号指示灯长亮后即说明设备成功上线,可远程控制。

四、流量充值
如果您使用的SIM卡是中国移动专用物联卡,您可以在app查看实时流量和在微信上充值流量。如果您使用的是自己的中国移动手机卡,则不支持在app查询流量明细,请自行登录中国移动官网查询和充值。

我们提供的中国移动物联网卡仅限用于Sonoff G1设备上,包第一年流量。卡一经激活将不支持退换,如自行将卡用于其他设备上,流量超用导致欠费停机,一切后果自行承担。

充值流程说明:
1. 在app端点击设备所在列表空白处,进入GSM设备详情界面,点击充值按钮,先弹窗(有确定取消的)提示“请加微信公众号coolkitcn进行充值”,确定后则打开微信(未安装微信的情况下会提示未安装微信)。

2. 在微信公众号,打开易微联-酷易充,进入酷易充登录界面。

3. 输入13位卡号,进入酷易充充值界面。

4. 选择要充值的金额,使用微信支付完成充值。

5. 充值完成后使用实名认证的手机号购买流量套餐(不同套餐可叠加购买)。

6. 在app端进入GSM设备详情界面,输入对应卡号,查看套餐是否刷新。

注意:Sonoff 4CH Pro属于独立供电,支持两种供电输入方式:90-250v AC(50/60Hz)/5-24v DC,。每路继电器都是纯开关信号,最大负载电流为10A。

三、添加设备流程

2. 长按4个按钮中的任意一个,直到wifi信号指示灯快闪三下,常亮,再闪三下,常亮…..循环交替。

3. 在APP点击添加设备图标“+”。点击下一步。

4. 输入您自家的wifi名和密码。

4.1 如您家里的WiFi不需要密码则留空不填即可。

4.2 设备使用的是2.4G wifi通信协议,暂不支持5G无线路由器。

5. 给设备命名,完成添加。此时信号指示灯长亮。

6. 完成命名后设备如果显示不在线,请稍等两分钟,设备正在尝试通过您的无线路由器连接到云端服务器。当wifi信号指示灯变成长亮时,说明设备成功连线,可以远程操控了。如果app还是显示设备离线,请关闭重新进入app。

4. 设置上电设备状态。您可以分别为每路设置上电3种状态:开,关,保持。当突然断电再通电的时候,设备会自动按照您预设的状态。

5. 设备安全机制

设备只能被添加在一个账户下(主账户),其他账户无法添加该设备,需要主账户删除该设备或分享。

6. APP语言(多语言)切换

APP会自动识别用户手机系统语言并显示对应的语言版本。您也可以在用户中心手动切换其他语言版本。

五. 点动/自锁/互锁工作模式设置   

 

如图,您会看到S5, S6, K5, K6。

请注意:每次设置这四个按钮之前必须断电。否则存在安全隐患,并且您所做的设置必须断电重启才能生效。


S6用于选择自锁或者(点动/自锁)模式。将S6切换到0时,Sonoff 4CH Pro进入互锁模式,这时您每次只能打开一个通道,同时关闭其他通道。S6切换到1时,您的设备会进入点动/自锁模式。

K5用于设置点动/自锁模式。从左往右,您会看到1,2,3,4,分别对应通道1,通道2,通道3,通道4。当您将对应通道的数字往下拔动到0时,对应的通道将进入点动模式。当您将对应通道的数字往上拔动到1时,对应的通道将进入自锁模式。

注意,将S6切换到1时,K5的设置才会生效。

K6用于设置点动模式保持开的时间。您会看到1,2,3,4,分别对应通道1,通道2,通道3,通道4。当您把K6拔下来设置为(0000),您的四个通道连接的设备将会保持开4s。 当您把K6拔上去设置为(1111),这时您的您的四个通道连接的设备将会保持开0.25s。您可以为不同的通道设置不同的模式和打开时间。
具体请依照真值表设置。

六. 433MHz射频遥控器控制

433MHz射频遥控器配对:快速连续按两次对应的通道按钮,然后按下433MHz射频遥控器其中的一个按键。如果成功配对,对应通道的绿色LED指示灯会闪4次。

清除433MHz射频遥控器配对:长按S5,直到4个指示灯点亮绿色然后自动灭掉。

七、常见问题和解决办法

Sonoff 4CH Pro User Guide

Hi, welcome to use Sonoff 4CH Pro! Sonoff 4CH Pro is a 4 channel (4-way) din rail mounting 433MHz RF remote WiFi switch that can independently control the 4 home appliances. It supports switching among 3 working modes: inching/interlock/self-locking mode.

Power supply: 90-250v AC(50/60Hz)/5-24v DC. Max current: 10A/gang.

1. Download “eWeLink” app.

Search “eWeLink” in APP Store for iOS version or Google play for Android version.

2. Wiring instruction

If you want to connect the Sonoff 4CH Pro with lights or appliances. Please strictly follow the wiring diagram as shown below:

You may choose to power up by 5-24V DC or by 90-250V AC. Each relay without voltage output.

If you connect the Sonoff 4CH Pro with a motor, the wiring instruction is as below:

3. Add Device

1. Power up your device through 90-250v AC(50/60Hz) or 5-24v DC.

2. Press and hold one of the 4 ON/OFF buttons for 7 seconds until the wifi LED fast blinks 3 times and repeat.

3. Click the “+” icon on eWeLink to search device, click next.

For iOS users, they will see two pairing method icons to select, here please select the 2nd icon.

The App will auto-search the device.

4. Enter your home SSID & password:

4.1 If your WiFi doesn’t have a password, keep it blank.

4.2 Now eWeLink only support 2.4G wifi communication protocol, 5G-WiFi-router is not supported

5. Next, the device will be registered by eWelink and add it to your account,it takes 1-3 minutes.

6. Name the device to complete.

7. Maybe the device is “Offline” on eWeLink, for the device needs 1 minute to connect to your router and server. When the wifi  LED is on, the device is “Online”.

3. Working Mode Settings

You can set the switch among 3 working modes: inching/interlock/self-locking mode.

1. In self-locking mode, you can turn on/off the 4 connected devices independently. For example, if you turn on CH1, connected device keeps on. If you turn off CH2, connected device keeps off.

2. In inching mode, you can turn on the connected devices for 0.25-4s. For example, you can turn on CH1 connected device for 1s, then auto-off.

3. In interlock mode, you can turn on 1 device every time, and turn off other devices at the same time. For example, if you have turned on CH2, then when you turn on CH3, CH2 will be auto-turned off at the same time.

We will introduce how to switch among the 3 modes below:

As you can see from the image, there are S5, S6, K6 and K5.

CAUTION: Please cut off the power supply before switching S5, S6, K5, K6. Whether you use DC or AC input, make sure you have unplugged the power plug every time!!! It’s very dangerous if you don’t cut off the power supply, and the new settings can not be activated.

S6 is interlock /inching&self-locking switch: Toggle to the right(0), it enters into interlock mode; Toggle to the left(1), it enters into inching &self-locking mode.

K5 is inching/self-locking switches: From left to right, there are 1, 2, 3, 4, correspondingly for channel 1 (CH1), channel 2 (CH2), channel 3 (CH3), channel 4 (CH4). Toggle the switch down (0), the corresponding channel enters into inching mode; Toggle the switch up (1), the corresponding channel enters into self-locking mode.

  • Please note that if S6 is toggled to the right(0), your 4CH Pro is in interlock mode, it’s invalid to set K5.

K6 is used to set the delay time for inching mode. From left to right there are 1, 2, 3, 4, correspondingly for CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4. Toggle all switches down (0000), the inching time will delay for 4s; Toggle all switches up (1111), the inching time will delay for 0.25s.

4. RF Remote Settings

Pairing with 433MHz RF Remote:Quickly press twice one of the switches below, then press one of the ABCD buttons on your RF Remote. If paired successfully, the button will lit up in red, and the corresponding status LED will blink in green for 4 times. You can press the button to turn on or turn off the related channel.

2. Share Control

The owner can share the devices to other eWeLink accounts. While sharing devices, both should stay online on eWeLink. Because if the account you want to share is not online, he/she will not receive the invitation message.

How to make it possible? Firstly click Share, input the eWeLink account (phone number or email address) you want to share, tick the timer permissions (edit/delete/change/enable) you want to give, then click Next. The other account will receive an invitation message. Click Accept, the device has shared successfully. The other account will have access to control your device.

3. Timing

Supports max 8 enabled single/repeat/countdown timer to auto-turn on/off connected appliances. Preset timers can work even WiFi is unavailable, but the device must keep power on.

4. Scene

Scene allows triggering on/off your devices automatically. Scene Settings is in the upper right corner of Device List. You can set up scenes or smart scenes to trigger on/off Sonoff 4CH Pro.

Users should select “Click to execute” in the condition, add different existing devices, name the scene and save it.

4. Problems and Solutions

1. My device has added successfully but stays “Offline”.

Answers: The newly added device need 1-2 min to connect to your router and the Internet. If it stays offline for a long time, please judge the problem by the wifi  led status:

1.1. Wifi led quickly blinks one time and repeats, which means device failed to connect to the router. The reason may be you have entered wrong WiFi password or your device is too far away from the router, which causes a weak WiFi signal. The device can not be added to the 5G-wifi-router, only the 2.4G-wifi is OK. At last, make sure that your router is MAC-open.

1.2. Wifi led slowly blinks one time and repeats, which means the device has connected to router and server but failed to be added to device list. Then power on the device again, if it still not working, just add the device again.

1.3. Wifi led quickly blinks twice and repeats, this means the device has connected to the router but failed to connect to the server. Then please confirm your WiFi router works normally.

2. Why the APP can not find the device in pairing status?

Answers: That’s because of your phone’s cache. Please close the WLAN of your phone then open it after a minute. At the same time, please power off the device if you can, then power up to try again.

3. My WiFi is expired, can I connect the devices to LAN? Can my phone be directly connected to device hotspot?

Answers: Currently this product does not support LAN or directly connect to hotspot. It must connect to the WiFi router.

4. The wifi led keeps off, even if the device is powered on. Press the button but the device does not work.

Answers: The circuit may be broken, please send it back for testing. Return shipping postage and packaging will be at buyer’s expense, if the device is damaged by the buyer, and the buyer should bear extra repair cost.

三、添加设备流程

1. 连接好设备,上电。设备每次上电需要大约10秒的时间开机启动,请耐心等候。

2. 激活移动物联网功能:(激活只需操作一次)

3. 在APP点击添加设备图标“+”,在界面选择GSM设备。点击下一步。

5. 给设备命名,完成添加。此时信号指示灯长亮。

四、app功能和特性

在app操作界面,单次点击APP开关图标即可实现设备通断电,如果手动控制开关,app也会实时显示设备当前开关状态。

2. 主账号分享设备给他人功能

分享

主账户(第一个添加了该设备的账户)可把设备分享给好友,实现多人共同控制。被分享账号必须是已注册的易微联账号,被分享时请保持登录在线状态。

3. 多种模式定时及断网执行功能

定时

设备支持多达8组定时开关,有单次、重复以及延时快速定时等模式。设备可以在断网情况下依旧执行设置好的定时开关,但需要保持设备不断电。

4. 设备安全机制

设备只能被添加在一个账户下(主账户),其他账户无法添加该设备,需要主账户删除该设备或分享。

5. APP语言(多语言)切换

APP会自动识别用户手机系统语言并显示对应的语言版本。您也可以在用户中心手动切换其他语言版本。

Sonoff G1 User Guide

Hi, welcome to use Sonoff G1!  It supports input voltage of 90~250V AC (50/60Hz), the max. current is 16A, the max. power is 3500W.

1.Download “eWeLink” app.

Search “eWeLink” in APP Store for iOS version or Google play for Android version.

2. Insert a SIM card.

The SIM card must be in GSM/GPRS:800/900/1800/1900MHz.

4. Add Device

4.1 Power up your device. It takes about 10 seconds to boot up, please wait.

4.2 Open eWeLink App. Click “Add”.

4.3 Click to select GSM Device. You’ll enter into a QR code scanning interface, please scan the QR code on the device.

Note: please update your app to V2.4.0 or higher so that you can add the GSM device no matter which languages you are using.

If you are using versions lower than 2.4.0, you’ll need to switch the language to Chinese to add the device. So if you are using other languages, you’ll need to switch to Chiese “简体中文” first.  Select “GSM设备”, click “下一步”. After the adding process completed, please switch back to your own language.

4.4 The App will auto-add the device.

4.5. Name the device to complete.

4.6. Maybe the device is “Offline” on eWeLink, for the device needs some time to connect with the server. When the signal LED on, the device is “Online”,  you can control it now.

② 蓝灯亮1秒灭1秒,说明设备连接到了路由器和服务器,但是没有被正确添加到用户账户下,请给设备断电再上电,稍等片刻,如果情况依旧,请删除设备重新添加;

③ 蓝灯快闪两下灭2秒,说明设备已连接到了路由器但没有连接到服务器,请确认您的路由器能正常上
网。

2. 搜索添加设备超时,多次尝试都无法添加成功,怎么办?

答:可能是频繁添加造成手机缓存没有足够的时间刷新。请先关闭手机wlan功能,过一会再开启手机wlan功能,最好同时给设备断电重启,再尝试添加。

3.可以用局域网控制吗?可以直接连接设备热点控制吗?

答:这款产品暂时未支持局域网控制。您家里的wifi必须要能正常上网。

4.设备蓝灯不亮了?上电没反应?按开关按钮继电器不工作?

答:可能是电路损坏,请寄回给我们检测。如果是用户自行拆卸(撕毁保修标签),导致人为损坏,需自行承担来回运费并支付一定的物料费,如果是用户擅自修改或重烧固件,导致设备固件丢失,一经发现,我们不提供任何售后服务,用户需自行承担所有损失和费用。

S22 User Manual

Hi,  welcome to use S22 Smart Socket!

1. Download “eWeLink” app.

Search “eWeLink” in APP Store for iOS version or Google play for Android version.

 

2. Add device

1. Plug in and power up your S22 Socket.

2. Press the button for 7 seconds until the green LED blinks like this: blinks 2 times and on repeatedly.

3. Click the “Add” icon on eWeLink.

For Android, please select the corresponding pairing method, click next.

For iOS, please go to  phone Setting>WiFi>connect the WiFi begins with ITEAD-******, enter default password 12345678. Go back to eWeLink, select the corresponding pairing method, click next.

4. Input your home SSID & password:

4.1 Your SSID must be letters or numbers.

4.2 If no password, keep it blank.

4.3 Now eWeLink only support 2.4G wifi communication protocol, 5G-WiFi-router is not supported

5. NEXT, eWelink will search the device and add it to your account,it takes 1-3 minutes.

6. Name the device to complete.

Maybe the device is “Offline” on eWeLink, for the device needs 1 minute to connect to your router and server. When the green LED on, the device is “Online”, if eWeLink shows still “Offline”, please close eWeLink and re-open.

6.1 Insert sensor: APP will display temperature and humidity value, and it can be set to Auto mode.

6.2 Without sensor: APP will not display temperature and humidity value, and it does not have Auto mode.

7. Scene/Smart Scene

Scene allows triggering on/off your devices automatically. Scene Settings is in the upper right corner of Device List. You can use the S22 temperature or humidity value as trigger condition to trigger on/off other devices.

In the Condition, users should select “Trigger Device”, set a specified temperature/humidity range, and Save. Then add the device you want to trigger on or off, and Save. Once the condition is met, it will auto turn on/off the other device.
