Hi,  welcome to use Sonoff Touch Wall Switch!

1. Download “eWeLink” app.

Search “eWeLink” in APP Store for iOS version or Google play for Android version.

2. Schematic diagram of equipment installation.

Sonoff-Touchwd

The switch must be powered up through Lin (Live input) and Nin (neutral input). While Lout is Live output.

2. Add device

1. Power up your Wall Switch.

2. Press the button for 7 seconds until it fast blinks to enter into WiFi learning state:

 

Go to eWeLink, click “+”.

For Android, please select the 1st icon, click next.

For iOS, please select the pairing icon accordingly. Click next.

EWeLink will auto-search and connect to the device.

4. Input your home SSID & password:

4.1 If no password, keep it blank.

4.2 Now eWeLink only support 2.4G WiFi communication protocol, 5G-WiFi is not supported.

5. Name the device to complete.

6. Maybe the device is “Offline” on eWeLink, for the device needs 1 minute to connect to your router and server. When the green LED on, the device is “Online”, if eWeLink shows still “Offline”, please close eWeLink and re-open.

 

3. APP features

1. WiFi remote control and device state

Turn on/off by tapping on device icon. Device state always simultaneously display on APP.

2. Share Control

The owner can share the devices to other eWeLink accounts. While sharing devices, both should stay online on eWeLink. Because if the account you want to share is not online, he/she will not receive the invitation message.

How to make it possible? Firstly click Share, input the eWeLink account (phone number or email address) you want to share, tick the timer permissions (edit/delete/change/enable) you want to give, then click Next. The other account will receive an invitation message. Click Accept, the device has shared successfully. The other user will have access to control the device.

Support max 8 enabled single/repeat/countdown timing schedules each device.

4. Scene/Smart Scene

Scene allows triggering on/off your devices automatically. Scene Settings is in the upper right corner of Device List. You can set up scenes or smart scenes to trigger on/off the device.

Users should select “Click to execute” in the condition, add different existing devices, name the scene and save it.

5. Set default device status

In Device Setting, you can set default device status to ON or OFF when the device is powered on.

6. Security mechanism

One device one owner. Other people can not add the devices that have already been added. If you want to add your device to another account, don’t forget to delete it first.

7. Update

It will auto-remind you of new firmware or version. Please update as soon as you can.

1. My device has added successfully but stays “Offline”.

Answers: The newly added device need 1-2 min to connect to your router and the Internet. If it stays offline for a long time, please judge the problem by the green led status:

1.1. Green led quickly blinks one time and repeats, which means device failed to connect to the router. The reason may be you have entered wrong WiFi password or your device is too far away from the router, which causes a weak WiFi signal. The device can not be added to the 5G-wifi-router, only the 2.4G-wifi is OK. At last, make sure that your router is MAC-open.

1.2. Green led slowly blinks one time and repeats, which means the device has connected to router and server but failed to be added to the device list. Then power on the device again, if it still not working, just add the device again.

1.3. Green led quickly blinks twice and repeats, this means the device has connected to the router but failed to connect to the server. Then please confirm your WiFi router works normally.

2. Why the APP can’t find the device in pairing status?

Answers: That’s because of your phone’s cache. Please close the WLAN of your phone then open it after a minute. At the same time, please power off the device if you can, then power up to try again.

3. My WiFi is expired, can I connect the devices to LAN?

Answers: the Sonoff Touch supports to be controlled by LAN(Update in 15/10/2017, LAN function has been stopped).

4. The green led keeps off, even if the device is powered on. Press the button but the device does not work.

Answers: The circuit may be broken, please send it back for testing. Return shipping postage and packaging will be at buyer’s expense, if the device is damaged by the buyer, and the buyer should bear extra repair cost.

a. If the device firmware is 1.6.0 or higher, IOS users should select TOUCH icon in adding process. Otherwise, it will fail to add the device. Click Next.
b. If the firmware of above models is lower than 1.6.0, then IOS users should select AP icon in adding process and they’ll be directed to Phone Setting>WiFi>connect the WiFi begins with ITEAD-******, enter default password 12345678. Go back to eWeLink, click next.

1. Download “eWeLink” app.

Fast press the pairing button on Slampher twice, the red LED blinks once, then press one of the buttons of your RF controller to set pairing for 1-2 second.

Note: One Slampher can be learned with only one button of the 433MHz RF Remote.

For the new models that deliver on and after June 1st, 2018, please learn as below:

Press and hold the pairing button on Slampher for 3s,  you see the red led blinks once.  Press a button on RF Remote, and it will be learned successfully.

Note: One Slampher can learn with 14 RF Remote buttons. The 15th RF button will cover the first button that has been learned.

3.2. Clear coding:

For the old models that deliver before June 1st, 2018, please clear as below:

Fast press the pairing button on Slampher for three times, the red LED is on for 3s, that means the RF controller code has been cleaned. If you failed to pair, please try to clean first.

For the new models that deliver on and after June 1st, 2018, please clear as below:

Press and hold pairing button on Slampher for 5s, you see the red led blinks twice. Press the button on the RF Remote, the code will be cleared.

二、设备接线安装示意图

请根据外壳上面印刷的L(火线)、N(零线)、E(地线),Output(输入),Input(输出)连接电线。新版和旧版的接线排列不一样。

三、添加设备流程

1. 插上传感器,给温湿度改装件通电。

2. 长按配置按钮直到蓝灯状态改变为以下状态,松开。

第二代设备进入配对模式后的状态灯为:快闪三下,常亮,再闪三下,常亮…..循环交替。

3. 在APP点击添加设备图标。

安卓用户请选择第一个配对图标,点击下一步。

苹果用户请根据指示灯闪烁方式选择配对图标,点击下一步。

 

4. 输入您自家的wifi名和密码。

4.1 如您家里的WiFi不需要密码则留空不填即可。

4.2 设备使用的是2.4G wifi通信协议,暂不支持5G无线路由器。

5. 下一步,APP开始自动搜索设备并绑定到您的账号下,完成后可以给您的设备命名。

6. 完成命名后设备如果显示不在线,请稍等两分钟,设备正在尝试通过您的无线路由器连接到云端服务器。当蓝色指示灯变成长亮时,说明设备成功连线,可以远程操控了。如果app还是显示设备离线,请关闭重新进入app。

四、app功能和特性

1. 远程开关功能和设备状态、温湿度实时同步反馈。

在app操作界面,单次点击APP开关图标即可实现设备通断电,如果手动控制开关,app也会实时显示设备当前开关状态。

5.3 在自动模式下,定时设置还是可以照常执行。

6. 插拔传感器显示不同app界面

6.1 当插上传感器后,app界面会在上端显示温湿度区域,并可以进入自动模式。

6.2 当拔下传感器后,app界面上端的温湿度效果区域自动隐藏,此时无法进入自动模式。

注意:插拔传感器会造成设备重启,暂时进入离线状态,不过设备会自动重新联网上线。

7. 智能场景联动触发功能

插上传感器之后,您可以设置智能场景利用该设备的温湿度作为触发条件联动其他设备。当条件满足时,设备会被联动触发开动或者关闭。

请到设备列表,点击右上角的场景,添加场景名称、联动条件设备以及联动的温湿度范围、执行打开或者关闭。

8. APP语言(多语言)切换

APP会自动识别用户手机系统语言并显示对应的语言版本。您也可以在用户中心手动切换其他语言版本。

五、常见问题和解决办法

1. 添加成功后,设备为什么显示不在线,无法控制?

答:设备刚添加成功后,需要一两分钟时间连接您的路由器并联网。如果长时间还是显示不在线,请根据设备蓝色指示灯的状态来判断:

① 蓝灯快闪一下灭2秒,说明没有成功连接到您的路由器,可能是您的WiFi名有中文或者密码输错或者设备离您的路由器太远,信号太弱,也有可能环境有干扰。请将设备靠近路由器或者删除设备重新添加一遍;另外设备不能识别5G路由器,请使用2.4G的wifi无线路由器。最后请确认您的路由器后台没有使用MAC地址过滤。

② 蓝灯亮1秒灭1秒,说明设备连接到了路由器和服务器,但是没有被正确添加到用户账户下,请给设备断电再上电,稍等片刻,如果情况依旧,请删除设备重新添加;

③ 蓝灯快闪两下灭2秒,说明设备已连接到了路由器但没有连接到服务器,请确认您的路由器能正常上
网。

2. 搜索添加设备超时,多次尝试都无法添加成功,怎么办?

答:可能是频繁添加造成手机缓存没有足够的时间刷新。请先关闭手机wlan功能,过一会再开启手机wlan功能,最好同时给设备断电重启,再尝试添加。

3. 可以用局域网控制吗?可以直接连接设备热点控制吗?

答:该产品暂时不支持局域网控制,您家里的wifi必须要能正常上网。

一、下载“易微联”手机APP

二、设备接线安装示意图

此改装件支持直流5V-24V宽电压供电。或者你可以移除两个电阻,让设备的wifi电路和继电器电路分离(Isolated mode)。

三、添加设备流程

1. 给点动改装件通电。

2. 长按配置按钮直到它旁边的绿灯状态改变为以下状态,松开。

3. 在APP点击添加设备图标。

由于新旧产品的配对方式不一样,会出现以下情况,请根据指示选择相应的配对按钮:

如果绿灯这样闪: 那么请选择快速配对模式(TOUCH),点击下一步。

如果绿灯这样闪: 那么请选择兼容配对模式(AP)配对按钮,但是如果您的设备之前已经升级固件到1.6.0或者以上,您要选择快速配对模式(TOUCH),点击下一步。

注意:苹果用户如果选择的是兼容配对模式(AP),这时您需要去手机设置->Wi-Fi->找到以ITEAD-********开头的wifi->点击连接,输入密码12345678,回到APP, 点击下一步。

4. 输入您自家的wifi名和密码。

4.1 如您家里的WiFi不需要密码则留空不填即可。

4.2 设备使用的是2.4G wifi通信协议,暂不支持5G无线路由器。

三、添加设备流程
